Check-in time: 3 pm or later (earlier check-in may be possible upon arrangement). We’ll need your arrival details (flight information/time) so our apartment manager Benjamin can be at the apartment when you arrive to let you in, give you keys, and show you everything!
Check-out time: by 11 am (later check-out may be possible upon arrangement); it is helpful to know your check out time so cleaning can be scheduled
Minimum stay: 2 nights; 3 nights during the Christmas week; 5 nights during the New Year’s weeks
Damages: Guests are asked to pay for any damages to the apartment caused by them or their guests. Lost keys incur a charge.
No smoking, pets, or excessive noise. No overnight unregistered guests; any other guests must not pose a security risk.
Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of total amount is due in order to confirm the reservation.
Payment is done via PayPal by using a major credit card or bank transfer. Once you confirm your dates, party size, and apartment selection, I will send you a payment request for the deposit via PayPal.
-Full refund (less $100 cancellation fee) for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival date.
-50% (less $100 cancellation fee) for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival date.
-No refund for cancellations 30 or fewer days before arrival date.
